Other exhibits that caught our eye was the Stellar Cave II by Julien Salaud. Amazing work made entirely of screws and thread, inspired by prehistoric paintings in caves. One could even see the glowing constellation of stars!
We sat through a series of high quality anime/3D productions... cant believe that locals are pretty talented. There were so many submissions and we were bombarded with quality entertainment on the roll. There was a show that talks about the relationship between a grandpa and grand daughter. How they dreamed about going on an adventure and crafting a flying machine to bring them to the destinations that they wanted. Show ended with grandpa apologising to her that she would have to complete the journey on her own.. very sad ending.
And guess what.. dearest Nathan said, "I miss gong gong"... I was so touched to hear this as it shows that he has grown up and understands his emotions. He misses him as he sees him everyday and the one day apart made a difference!
