We Prepared a handmade gift for the teachers this year! Cupcakes in a special handcrafted box. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the process and asked if they could do it again for their enrichment teachers. *faintz*
Basically the Kids did all the work. They measured the quantity of the ingredients and beat the mixture. Using piping bags made from plastic bags, they lined the casing with the paste and drizzled chocolate chips. Although the cakes turned out a little flat looking due to the paper casing (mummy's fault for not using the aluminium ones) they somehow tasted more yummy than the ones from "twelve cupcakes"!
The finishing touches with handcrafted decorations on the boxes helped made them look a little more commercially viable. I Hope the teachers will not focus on its flaws but the thoughts and all the love that went in during preparation and consume them!
