Natalie has been suffering the most from my confinement. She is deprived of daily outdoor activities and had to rely on gong gong to bring her to the playground once every 2 days. Her mummy's time has to be split between nathan, and milk expression. She could not sleep in aircon since mummy tries not to at night, now she has some slight heat rash on her back. She only gets to sleep in Aircon when papa is home, which was pretty irregular given his regional duties. He just got back from a 10 days trip and had to leave for KL this afternoon. It's not just the Aircon that's affecting her skin, but with Nathan's cries at night she gets woken up as well and would look for her mummy who is either feeding or expressing at 3/4am in the morning.
Chris said she needs to grow out of this attachment phase, i think she needs some purpose or schedule like going to school in the morning to teach her independence and allow her to make new friends or some exciting activities or routine to get her engaged and distracted from vying for equal attention with her little brother.
